Abstract

The sharing session will reveal our academics’ practices and experience in supporting SEN student needs and inclusive culture on campus. Four speakers will share their experiences in backing and advancing the student learning experience. Prof Leung Chi Hung will share the SEN support at the Education University of Hong Kong. Dr Henry C.B. Chan from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University will give us insights into his actual practices in the classroom. Prof Tang Wai Lan, Gladys from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Dr Patcy Yeung from the University of Hong Kong will show us their participation in student learning with hearing and visual impairments, respectively. Prof Chow King Lau from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology will moderate the session and facilitate a round-table panel discussion.
